Welcome to Fight Space. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Fight Space mobile application (“App”), operated by Fight Space (“we,” “us,” “our”). By downloading, accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
●You must be at least sixteen (16) years of age or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction, to use the App.
●If you are between sixteen (16) and eighteen (18), or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.
●By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity and authority to enter into these Terms.

2. Health & Safety Disclaimer
● Combat sports, fitness training and high-intensity exercise involve inherent risks of physical injury.
● All content, workouts or advice provided through the App are for general educational and informational purposes only. They are not medical, professional or individualised advice.
● You should consult a qualified medical professional before beginning any training program.
● Results vary; no outcomes (including improved fitness, performance or fight results) are guaranteed.
● By using the App, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with combat sports and related training and agree that Fight Space shall not be liable for any injuries, accidents or adverse health consequences.

3. Accounts & User Responsibilities
● You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account.
● You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
● You agree not to:
● Post, upload, or share unlawful, offensive or harmful content.
● Harass, threaten or intimidate other users.
● Impersonate any person or entity.
● Use the App for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
● We reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms.

4. User Content & Community Features
● You retain ownership of content you create and upload (e.g. training logs, fight stats, sparring videos).
● By posting or sharing content in the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce and distribute such content solely within the App community and for App-related promotional purposes.
● You must not upload, share or distribute copyrighted material unless you have full legal rights to do so.
● We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor and remove content that we deem inappropriate, harmful or unlawful.

5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
● Certain features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. All fees will be clearly displayed in the App.
● Prices may be subject to change with notice.
● Payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g. Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe). We do not store payment details.
● Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. ● Refunds are subject to the policies of the third-party payment provider. We do not guarantee refunds.
● If a payment fails, we reserve the right to suspend or revoke premium access. 6. Intellectual Property
● All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, algorithms and training programs (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Fight Space and protected by copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
● You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the App without our prior written consent.
● Limited, personal screenshots or recordings for individual sharing are permitted, provided they are not for commercial use.

7. Limitation of Liability
● To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fight Space disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or non-infringement.
● We are not liable for:
● Injuries, accidents, or health complications arising from use of the App.
● Data loss, service outages or interruptions.
Conduct, actions or content of other users.
● Interactions, meetups or training sessions arranged outside of the App.
● The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use is solely at your own risk.

8. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without liability, if you violate these Terms or misuse the App. Termination may result in permanent loss of user data and/or subscription access without refund.

9. Third-Party Services The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., wearables, gyms, payment processors, analytics tools). We are not responsible for their terms, actions or failures.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted in the App with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the App after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, Australia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
